Qantas
Website Design, Expert Reviews, User Research, and User Testing
Worked as a UX Designer to develop and present a proposal for Qantas’s Future Planet Carbon Offsetting website design and initiative. As a UX Designer, I developed user personas, user journey’s, conducted market and user research, and generated wireframes from sketches to high fidelity designs based on user feedback. Each wireframe iteration was tested through user interviews and adjusted to meet the users needs. The final design proposal was created to address the user's goals and problems with the current website design such as lack of clear information, lack of incentive for repeat purchases, lack of information on the projects that are funded, and lack of understanding of where the user's contribution is going. In order to resolve these key problems I created a 3 part proposal along with the designs including a point of purchase proposal, an incentive proposal (reward system), and in-airport education installation proposal.
Hummingbird Insight

Worked with Hummingbird Insight on numerous projects over the course of 2 years. Worked to design Hummingbird Insight's UI website design. Directed, planned, and filmed brand videos and header website videos. Completed corporate team and office photography for their website. Created marketing strategies and campaigns which allowed their website to reach the 1st page of Google results for targeted keywords within 2 weeks. Additional projects included presentation designs, user testing and interviews, and report designs for companies such as Astra Zenica, Monsenso, etc.
Sabena
Worked with Sabena, the oldest dishwashing soap company in Southern India. While working with Sabena, I created a custom 60th anniversary logo design, website illustrations, and an anniversary mini website design. Sabena, wished to create an anniversary website to highlight the company's unique history and progress. The illustration and website design went through many iterations and required the creation website look books, reports, and testing.
LeXx Technology
UX Expert Reviews, User Testing, UX Workshop, and Website Design
Worked with LeXx Technologies to conduct usability auditing, UX expert reviews, and UI design for LeXx's digital assistant platform. The platform allows organisations that undertake heavy machinery maintenance to digitise their documentation, assist operators with an artificially intelligent chatbot, and track and optimise their operations over time. Additionally, I worked to create and conduct internal organisation UX/UI design workshops and InVision prototyping demonstrations.
Maximus International
Worked with Maximus International to design an internal mini-website for Treasury Wine Estates. Maximus International wanted to showcase their work in a fun and professional manor with a short and simple website design.
Client Mini-Website Design
Coates Group
Worked to design Coates Group's product platform, Switchboard Stickers. Switchboard Stickers allows Coates Group's client's to customise the placement and style of digital menu board prices, to easily allow client's to design and alter the menu board prices for various store locations and menu board designs. Switchboard Stickers is integrated into Coates Group's digital menu board content management software platform, Switchboard, allowing client's and content managers to easily integrate and schedule the menu board designs for their store locations.
